Questions about plans and billing

Is Rodoud AI really free to start?
Yes. The Free plan costs 0 TND and lets Rodoud handle 5 conversations per day, with no credit card needed to sign up. It is the simplest way to connect your pages, add your products and watch the AI agent answer real customers before choosing a bigger plan.
What counts as a conversation?
A conversation is an exchange between Rodoud and one of your customers on a connected channel. The exact counting rules, for example when a new conversation starts, are defined in the Rodoud app, and your dashboard shows how many conversations you have used today, so you always know where you stand.
What are the limits of the Free plan?
The Free plan covers 5 conversations per day. It suits a small page or a first test. If your shop receives more messages than that, Premium (free during the launch period) or Enterprise gives you more room. You can follow your daily usage from the Rodoud dashboard at any moment.
Why is Premium free at the moment?
Rodoud is in its launch period, and during this time Premium costs 0 TND per month. It gives growing shops the full sales and support agent without paying. Prices on this page are dated; when the launch period ends, the new Premium price will be published here.
How does the launch offer for the first 50 customers work?
The first 50 customers get three months free. Places are limited, so the quickest way to check availability is to book a demo or write to us on WhatsApp. We will tell you whether places remain and how the offer applies to the plan you choose.
How is the Enterprise plan billed?
Enterprise is priced on request: contact us and we will quote a price based on your catalog and volume. It adds unlimited products imported from your website, training on documents and YouTube videos, website scanning and Google Drive or OneDrive. Our team confirms the payment details with you when you subscribe.
How do I upgrade, change or cancel my plan?
You can start on Free and move to Premium or Enterprise when you need more. To change plans, stop a paid plan or close your account, contact the team at [email protected] or on WhatsApp. Account deletion requests are sent from the email address linked to your account.
Do you charge in Tunisian dinars?
Yes. All Rodoud prices are set in Tunisian dinars (TND): 0 TND for Free, 0 TND for Premium during launch, and Enterprise is quoted on request. If your business is outside Tunisia, contact us before subscribing and we will go through billing with you.
